 Dalian Koyo Wanzhou Automobile Bearing Co., Ltd (short for KWA) established in Aug. 1996, a joint venture co., which was composed by Wafangdian Bearing Group Corp. (short for ZWZ), JTEKT Corp. (originally named Koyo Corp., now short for JTEKT) and TOYOTA Tsusho Corporation, with the construction area of over 7,700 square meters. The registered capital is 2.391 billion Yen. Currently, the number of employee is 200. KWA mainly manufactures auto hub bearings and other bearing units and possesses the worldly advanced Italy NOVA production line and Japan JTEKT production line. Meanwhile, KWA also matches with British Taylor Hobson Pro file Meter, Roundness Instrument and Japanese advanced inspection equipment, such as Shape Instrument, Three-dimensional Inspection Meter, Taper Inspection Meter from Tokyo Seimitsu Co., Ltd. Under the base of adopting the advanced management formula and technique of JTEKT Corporation, which is the third biggest international bearing manufacturer, and with the credible quality and fame, KWA has already provided products to Shanghai Volkswagen, Tianjing Toyota Motor Co., Ltd, BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd, SOUEAST AUTO, Taiwan Guorui and so on. Its customers have accepted the good quality uniformly.
The company has gained LRQA ISO 9002 on Nov. 27th, 1997 and accredited British Lioyd¡¯s QS 9000 on Sep. 26th, 2000. After the continuously improvement on system, KWA was accredited British Lioyd¡¯s ISO/TS16949 on Oct. 25th, 2003.
